After 29 years as the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Johns Hopkins University, I’ve teamed up with some of the most passionate coaches and players I know to bring you experiences that educate, uplift, and inspire.

Every event we offer is intentionally designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re just picking up a stick, looking to sharpen your skills, navigating the recruiting process, or trying to elevate your team’s culture. There’s something here for everyone.

You’ll find clinics, workshops, and coaching intensives for all ages and stages. We focus on fundamentals and footwork, leadership and communication, confidence and connection—because becoming a great player starts with becoming a great teammate and person.
